Twofer Card Challenge #4: Pets

At the Twofer Card Challenge this month, we are creating TWO cards with the same stamp for TWO different occasions.  The theme we are focused on in April is PETS.  If you look at my avatar, you know I am in love with my Goldendoodle.  The stamp I chose to work with is My Favorite Things Playful Pups. Not surprisingly,  my cards feature puppies: 1) a Christmas card whose sentiment works for people as well as our pets!, 2) a birth/adoption card which again can be used for people or our fur babies!

Supplies Christmas Card:  My Favorite Things Playful Pups, Poppystamps Crafty Tree Background, Essentials by Ellen Homespun Holiday (sentiment), Memory Box Ribbon Candy Border, Versafine, Hero Arts embossing powder, Copics, Amuse Artstamps gingham cardstock

Supplies Adoption Card:  My Favorite Things Playful Pups, Mama Elephant New Family, My Favorite Things Stitched Scalloped Rectangles, Versafine, Hero Arts embossing powder, Copics, Hero Arts ink, Amuse Artstamps gingham cardstock, Stardream, Tim Holtz crystal star, star sequins (stash)

Those are darling pups, Elizabeth. You’ve gotten really creative with your cards, too. The Christmas card is just a delight, and that adoption card is sweet and oh so clever. I have to say that you’ve captured the idea of the Twofer Challenge wonderfully. Thank you so much for joining us at the Twofer Challenge!

That is such an adorable parent doggy pulling the baby puppy in the train! You’ve done a great job of showing that it can be used in a variety of ways, Elizabeth! Your scenes are both delightful and you’ve picked the perfect sediments to use and pp for the backgrounds!! Thank you so much for playing at Twofer Card Challenge #4! Hugs, Darnell
