Twofer Card Challenge #13 ~ STARS

Twofer Card Challenge #13 ~ STARS

The keyword this month at Twofer is STARS.  I decided to create my two cards using Savvy Stamps 3D Folded Star.  This die has not gotten enough use over the years.  Since 2019 is the year of using my stash (no new products!), I am pushing myself.  Attached find a baby and Christmas card.

A tip in attaching this star…on both cards, I added a small stack of foam tape pieces to secure the height.  On the plaid card, I attached the points with glossy accents.  This was messy and took a couple tries to secure the star.  On the baby card, however, I laid the folded star on Scortape and cut away the excess prior to attaching to the card base.  This method was much easier and neater!

Your blog is aptly named because it’s paper sweetness for sure! Love both your cards! One for darling baby and one all warm and wonderful for Christmas. Your designs are clean and uncluttered, yet still use designer paper which I’m completely addicted to. Very nice! I’m so glad you joined us at Twofer!
