TIME OUT Challenge #55

When Sandie asked me to be Guest Designer for the TIME OUT  challenge, I could not hage been more excited.  I jumped at the chance!  I dove right in the same night to address the theme…

Celebrations with optional twist of die cutting/fussy cutting

So easy!  One of my dearest friends is having a birthday and this card is for her!

TIME OUT Challenge #55

I used the cute baking set from Lawn Fawn.  I stamped, copic-colored and fussy cut every piece.  I prepared a white panel slightly smaller than an A2 card, die cut Happy Birthday, and stamped the sentiment in the upper left corner.  I distressed the side and bottom edges with Antique Linen. Lastly I assembled all the “baking” pieces and mounted them on the panel.  The panel was mounted on an A2 card covered in gold Stardream cover stock. Last step…add a couple hearts to my cupcake and a bit of Wink of Stella!

Please take TIME OUT and join the challenge!  You have two weeks and we all can use a celebration card in our stash! Go forth, create and have fun!

Supplies: Lawn Fawn Baked with Love, Paper Smooches Birthday Words, Distress ink, Copics, My Favorite Things ink, Wink of Stella
