On this week’s grid at the TicTacToe Challenge, I focused on the diagonal: GEOMETRIC SHAPES, GOLD and FALL. I used the the repetitive oval shape coverplate from Papertrey ink. After die cutting from a brown coverstock, I lined each opening with a gold paint marker. The card has lots of shimmer! The ovals are transformed into leaves by creating a Brusho panel in yellow, orange, red and green. I die cut the Mighty Bloom coverplate again from the Brusho panel and inset all the ovals into the brown base panel. Finally I added a “fall” sentiment and embossed in gold.
Supplies: Papertrey Ink Might Bloom coverplate, Technique Tuesday Celebrate the Fall, Versamark, Hero Arts embossing powder, Brusho watercolors, Pilot gold paint marker0
