It is Week 1 so we have a Theme Challenge over at The Paper Players.  This week, our challenge host, Jaydee, is asking us to create cards incorporating the theme “Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas”.  This is a perfect theme.  Are you like me?  I am in the throes of still making Christmas cards so I embraced the challenge!

This card centers on a new holiday stamp from Waffle Flower.  I love the antics of this cute bear!  Although this is not a OLC, I did stamp and copic-color on one layer and attach to a card base.

Supplies: Waffle Flower Holiday Thanks, My Favorite Things Blueprints 25, sentiment stamp unknown (very old from my stash), My Favorite Things (black ink), Copics, May Arts silver cord

Elizabeth, this card made me laugh and smile and go oooooohhhhh all at the same time. I love it – and you colored that awesome image so beautifully. Fabulous!

  2. Jan Clothier says:

Oh Elizabeth! What a wonderful masterpiece of colouring! It’s fabulous. He makes me smile… and the clutter is not far off the way my craft room looks at the moment.

  3. Anne Marie Hile says:

Such a darling little image, Elizabeth! Not sure if that little bird is helping or throwing off the bear’s productivity. Haha! Your coloring is gorgeous, as well. There are a lot of little details there and you brought them all to life. I love it!
