The Paper Players – PP412 – A TicTacToe Challenge from LeAnne

It is week 5!  So we have a TicTacToe Challenge over at The Paper Players.  This week, our challenge host, LeAnne, is asking us to create cards using the grid to the left.  Pick a row, or a column, or a diagonal, and incorporate all the elements into your creation.  I chose the first column: LEAVES, RIBBON and DIE CUT.

This is an incredibly simple card. I stamped and embossed, on Kraft, the sentiment and a die cut leaf using my Tonic stamp aligner. I die cut the leaf from Stardream copper metallic cardstock and the leaf outline from copper Mirracard.  I aligned and adhered the leaves, hole-punched near the stems and added organza ribbon, then finished the card off with sequins.  The panel is adhered to a white card base.  Enjoy.

Supplies: Close to My Heart Poster Tidings, Neat and Tangled Maple Thanks Dies (solid and outline), Versamark Clair (brown), Hero Arts embossing powder, Kraft, Stardream, Mirracard, May Arts gold organza ribbon, Pretty Pink Posh sequins

Simple your card may be Elizabeth, but it is truly stunning! I love your word block stamp and the layered leaves and ribbon provide a beautiful accent piece. I just love it!

Elizabeth, I just LOVE this card. That grouping of leaves is gorgeous! Especially the copper one! This sentiment is perfect to describe Fall! That big bow makes me smile, too! Wishing you a lovely weekend, My Friend! XX
