The Paper Players – PP408 – A Theme Challenge from Joanne

We have a Theme Challenge over at The Paper Players!  This week, our challenge host, Joanne, is asking us to create cards using the theme Lunchbox Love Notes.  I have to be honest, I had no idea what a lunchbox love note was until I saw other postings (I don’t have any children and don’t take my lunch to work!).  So I was literal with the challenge.

First, I made a dimensional card using MFT’s lunchbox dies. To easily open my lunchbox, I added an accordion hinge (see picture).  Second, I made some “love notes” by creating small notebook pages using a die cut and a “lined” stamp.  I added doodles and a sentiment, then adhered inside my lunchbox.  Enjoy.

Supplies: My Favorite Things Lunchbox, Lil Inker Designs Notebook Doodles, Lil Inker Designs Notebook, Versafine (gray), Hero Arts ink (soft pool), acetate, Mirracard

The Paper Players Design Team. Reach out, get inspired and leave them some love.

  3. Provide a direct link to your blog post for your challenge entry.
  4. Please link your card to no more than FOUR challenges (including ours).

What a fantastic take on the challenge! I would never have thought of this … but it’s fabulous. Oh… and I have to say, I love the 70s style font with the 70s purple! I swear I had a pair of shoes that color, with 5 inch heels and 3 inch platforms!
    hugs

Oh My Goodness! I thought that was a REAL miniature lunch box only to find out it was your own creation! So creative! And your notes on actual lined notepaper are perfect!
