The Paper Players – PP406 – A CAS Challenge from Sandy

We have a CAS Challenge over at The Paper Players!  This week, our challenge host, Sandy, is asking us to create clean and simple cards (lots of white space!) using the theme Fruits and Vegetables.  I just love the vegetables in Paper Smooches sets.  I selected a number of veggies then stamped, embossed, copic-colored and die cut the images.  I created a white-embossed sentiment strip, then arranged the veggies above it on my white base card.  The fun sentiment really drove this card.  Easy peasy.

Supplies: Paper Smooches Calorie Free, Paper Smooches Green Thumb, Versamark, Versafine Clair, Hero Arts embossing powder, Copics

The Paper Players Design Team. Reach out, get inspired and leave them some love.

The simple rules:

  1. Create a new paper project.
  2. Upload your project to your blog with a link back to The Paper Players.
  3. Provide a direct link to your blog post for your challenge entry.
  4. Please link your card to no more than FOUR challenges (including ours).
  5. HAVE FUN!

Thank you for playing along with the Paper Players! I can’t wait to see your creations… and again HAVE FUN.

So sweetly, perfectly CAS. The black contrast just pops the whole thing to me. And, like the others, who doesn’t love a good pun? I hope you have a good week, Elizabeth.

How CUTE is this Elizabeth?! I always love a good “punny” card and this is just adorable. Those veggie stamps are calling my name. So stinking cute! Have a fantastic day today! 🙂

LOL, I was worried that I was the only one who used a vegetable on her card, until I came to yours, Elizabeth! How fun! I love puns and I love this card! Very cute and clever!
