The Paper Players - PP381 - A Clean and Simple Challenge from LeAnne

This is clean and simple (CAS) week over at The Paper Players!  This week, our challenge is hosted by the delightful LeAnne. Our CAS cards are all following the theme: Sew Much Fun!  In other words, you need to use a sewing-related item on your clean and simple creation.

My card is very CAS!  The sentiment is pieced from a Concord & 9th alphabet.  I hand stitched through a simple heart and added a die cut needle.  To finish, I embossed stitching lines on the left.  Almost one layer…

Supplies: Concord & 9th Sophisticated Script, Clean & Simple Hearts (retired), Memory Box Simple Needle and Thread, My Favorite Things Stitched Border, Versafine Onyx, Hero Arts embossing powder, Thread (stash)

The Paper Players Design Team. Reach out, get inspired and leave them some love.

The simple rules:

  1. Create a new paper project.
  2. Upload your project to your blog with a link back to The Paper Players.
  3. Provide a direct link to your blog post for your challenge entry.
  4. Please link your card to no more than FOUR challenges (including ours).
  5. HAVE FUN!

Thank you for playing along with the Paper Players! I can’t wait to see your creations… and again HAVE FUN.

Elizabeth this is such an awesome card! I love the embossed stitching, it adds so much detail without any bulk, and of course the perfectly pieced together sentiment!

Love it! CAS but still packs a punch with those awesome embossed stitched lines!!! I have some of those dies…I need to use them “outside the box” like this, they look so cool! Great statement too….the whole card is fabulous, thanks for rocking my challenge!
