The Paper Players PP339: A Color Challenge from Joanne

The Paper Players PP339: A Color Challenge from Joanne

WOW… the Color Challenge this week at Paper Players was tough. The colors are Perfect Plum, Mint Macaron and Sahara Sand. Once I determined I didn’t have these colors in inks, I knew I would be watercoloring my submission. I used the By Your Side set from Concord & 9th. I die cut the birds from the card base and watercolored in the target colors, then slide a kraft layer behind the birds. White embossed the sentiment and added wooden embellishments to stay within guidelines.

Supplies: Concord & 9th By Your Side stamps and dies, Kurtake watercolors, Versamark, Hero Arts embossing powder, Kraft, gemstones, wood veneer stars
