The Paper Players #341: A Sketch from Sandy

The Paper Players #341

This weekend I had the opportunity to take a My Favorite Things class from Jane Allen, Box of Colors.  Saying Jane can color is an understatement. I had a 3-hour drive to and fro to take the class… and every minute in the car was worth the tips I learned!  Of course, we can read Jane’s blog and her feature article, Artistic Expressions on MFT, but practicing with the master, in person, was amazing.

Thank you Jane and MFT for a fabulous class!

So… one of the small pieces we made was this adorable MFT cow.  I couldn’t resist using him in our sketch this week at The Paper Players.

To my friends in Connecticut reading this post, I am sorry.  I took lots of pictures of the MFT boutique inside and out. I lost them…call it lack of knowledge on how to use my iphone.  I so wish all of you were in Florida this past weekend.

Supplies: MFT cow sketch created in Jane Allen class, Paper Smooches Chit Chat, Versamark, Hero Arts embossing powder, LOTS AND LOTS of Copics, Amuse Artstamps gingham cardstock
