Simon Says Wednesday Challenge: Stencil It/A Blog Named Hero: Tone-On-Tone

Simon Says Wednesday Challenge: Stencil It

I embraced Simon Says stencil challenge but am hoping this card also qualifies also for A Blog named Hero’s Tone on Tone challenge. I started with an 8.5” x 11” sheet of card stock, and with a selection of six Heidi Swapp sprays I decorated the card stock. After drying, I was left a page of shimmery goodness. I taped down Hero Arts bold floral blooms stencil and covered it with Wendy Vecchi’s embossing paste. I let it dry and cut the page down to an A2 card size, and adhered to a card base. I die cut “Hello” 3x, layered, and adhered. The final touch was several gold sequins.

This card is deceiving! The sprays make it amazingly sparkly.

Supplies: Hero Arts Bold Floral stencil, Simon Says Stamp small hello, Pretty Pink Posh sequins, Heidi Swapp sprays, Wendy Vecchi embossing paste
