Kimberly is our Muse this week at ChristmasVisions. Kimberly created a drop-dead cute card for inspiration… there are just so many elements of her card that I love and tried to pull into my card. 1) love the color scheme of royal blue and red, 2) love the layout (had to scramble to find a diagonal stamp!), 3) love the critter peaking through! I did a couple of things differently though. 1) I made a pop up card (the JOY pops up). My niece asked if I could make one, and sent an example of one she liked… this is my first small step to something bigger! 2) I had copper tape in the house and decided it was time to start using up some stash… I like it!
Supplies: Memory Box Pop Up Joy, Memory Box Snowman Heart Collage (for the snowman!), Simon Says Stamp Painted Snow, Mama Elephant Oh Joy Ornament (I needed the “oh”), Avery Elle Naughtly or Nice (for the diagonal stripe border), Simon Says Stamp Frozen Fractals (background snowflakes), Versamark, Hero Arts embossing powder, Copics, Smooches Accents, Stardream, copper tape (stash), Hero Arts snowflake sequins
