I was thrilled when Arydth asked me to be Guest Designer for Muse Christmasvisions. I love making Christmas cards so I jumped at the chance! I had an idea as soon as she put the challenge to me!
Seems like acetate and vellum are all the rage right now so my goal was to incorporate one of these mediums.
The card is simple. I die cut the background plate twice, onec from white and once from glitter card stock. I reassembled on an A2 card base using Jennifer McGuire’s Press n’Seal method. I punched a vellum circle slightly larger than the circle where I planned to overlay my sentiment. I white embossed the sentiment on the vellum and colored the back with Copics. I adhered with spot glue along the circle being overlaid. The final touch was several sequins. I love sequins!
Please join us in this challenge! We can all use a head start on our Christmas card stash! Go, create and have fun!
