The absolutely lovely Kim Heggins is our Muse this week. I am so jealous of Kim. You have to check out her blog… so many fabulous Christmas tags! Kim’s productivity is a reminder of how behind I am, in my Christmas crafting. But fortunately, inspiration abounds on cardmakers’ blogs!
Back to Muse, Kim made a fun fall card for inspiration this week. I focused on the large center sentiment on textured paper, solid color card base, small image embellishment.
I pulled out my sprays to create a textured background for my Christmas thank you sentiment. (Did you notice all the sprays were on sale at Ellen? They are being retired… I will miss sprays!) I stamped and embossed the sentiment, piping out portions of the sentiment on flags. I mounted the textured panel on Stardream metallic cardstock. My small image embellishment is a pair of scissors.
