Muse Challenge #263 and Color Throwdown #490

Muse Challenge #263 and Color Throwdown #490

With purpose, I combined this week’s Muse and Color Throwdown Challenges.  We have a guest Muse,  Ishani, who has created a wonderful inspiration card.  I focused on the scalloped border (I don’t have any exterior dies like Ishani), the inset white panel with simple flowers trimmed to shape, and limited color scheme.  The color scheme is where Color Throwdown came in so nicely.  The colors this week are pink, lavender, green and gray (leaves and stems).  I colored the images with Zig clear color markers.

Supplies: Altenew Golden Garden, Altenew Beautiful Quotes, Mama Elephant All Prettied Up, Versafine Clair, Hero Arts embossing powder, Zig Clean Color Markers, Stardream

Oh so pretty and delicate…Eliz. I used exactly the same die that you used. I just did not sandwich the fourth side of the die..so it gave a partial cut (partial die cutting) and the fold of the green card remained. I hope my explanation made sense 😛 So glad to see this beauty linked in at the Muse, Thank you.

Ishani….OMG, I get it now! I see what you did. Isn’t it amazing, I looked at your card for days and it never registered how I could die cut those edges. THANK YOU for explaining!
