The wonderful Barb Ghig is our Guest Muse this week.  Do you know that Barb was the cardmaker who encouraged me to start my Paper Sweetness blog?  I can’t thank her enough for helping me to extend a wonderful hobby!  Back to Muse, Barb has created a lovely card for our inspiration… I took away the layered layout, the embroidered border, “love” sentiment and two outlined flowers.

Supplies: Altenew Rose Filament Die, Poppystamps Tailored Stitches, Simon Says Stamp Hey Love, Papertrey Ink Wonderful Words Love (“with”), Simon Says Stamp Black ink, Copics, Memory Box 6×6 paper, gold Mirracard, Pretty Pink Posh sequins

  1. Ardyth says:

Oh, I have those dies -never been used, never occurred to me to use them, but they look beautiful! Thanks for joining us at Muse this week, Elizabeth! Barb is indeed a wonderful member of our community – so friendly and always supportive. I can see that she loved your card!

    • Elizabeth Stewart says:

Ardyth… to tell you the truth, I was expecting something different when I received these dies (but I don’t tend to return purchases). They are HUGE… the two flowers you see in my card, are the two smallest dies in the set.

  2. Barbara Ghigliotty says:

    Hi Elizabeth!
This is such a gorgeous take on my card! I love your roses and the lovely font on your sentiment! Beautiful Copic coloring, too!
I’m so glad that I was able to inspire you to create your fabulous blog and to play along at Muse this week…Thank You!
