This is my first week at Just Us Girls and I love the proposed challenge beyond words!  This week, the keyword is LEFTOVERS.  Leftovers meaning  those scrap pieces made but just didn’t make it into a card.  OMG.  I have a basket full of these Leftovers… watercolor and alcohol ink backgrounds, colored images, die cuts, etc.  I could make a hundred cards with my scrap basket.  Today I picked out a colored Lockhart image.  It wasn’t till I mounted the image that I realized why I might have discarded it.  The image is colored a bit oddly for a baby girl.  All is fine.  I need baby cards and it will work!  Thanks Just Us Girls for a great first challenge in 2019.

It took me longer to find the old stamps in the image than make the card!

Supplies: Lockhart Stamps Sweet Pea, Savvy Stamps Welcome Little One, Momento ink, Copics, Stampin Up grosgrain ribbon, Amuse Artstamps gingham cardstock

Baby girls nowadays wear more brightly colored things so this is wonderful for a baby card, Elizabeth. The gingham background fits it perfectly. Thanks for sharing your card with us at Just Us Girls.

This is absolutely adorable and so perfect to be able to use up some of those leftovers! I love the color combo and that tiny gingham background is so cute and fitting for a baby card. Thanks for playing along with us at JUGS!
