Love the garden snail over at Inspired By… this week. I created a Happy Mail card with my little Memory Box die cut snail. I consulted for the USPS for several years early in my career on the speed of the likely erosion of correspondence and transaction with the then, only possible, ideas of online billing and payments and social media options. I, however, love snail mail. I know the reliability and safety of USPS… long live snail mail.
I die cut a MFT square in the card base, and added the multilayered die cut panel to the back, with bits of the flower being glued to the front. I really wish I had set this card on a kraft base but given how I glued it, deconstructing it would be too hard.
If you have seen the cute snails at Impression Obsession or Flora and Fauna, check them out… I am going to have to get one!
