CASology Week 344: SUMMER

The keyword this week at CASology is SUMMER.  Summer means more “Quinn and me” time.  Quinn’s absolute passion is playing ball… we play at least twice a day.  You would be amazed at his ability to catch a pop up…Dave Letterman-worthy.  Summer means ocean swimming and oh…so many balls.  I created a summer card featuring a swimming dog retrieving a prized tennis ball.  The tennis ball is a remnant from a 1/4″ punch; two white seam lines drawn in with an Uniball white gel pen.

Supplies: Poppystamps Labrador, Hot Potatoes Wave, Lockhart Stamps Summer Days, Versafine Clair Nocturne, Hero Arts clear embossing powder, Distress ink (Tumbled Glass, Mermaid Lagoon), 1/4″ punch, Uniball white gel pen

How fun to have a dog who loves to catch a ball. My dog looks at the ball and wonders why I threw it so far away from him! Your card is a wonderful mixture of stamping and die cutting, and sets a playful summery scene. Thanks so much for playing along at CASology this week.
