I am submitting this card to CAS(E) this Sketch and The Library Challenge.  CAS(E) this Sketch asked us to incorporate a block design in the background.  The Library Challenge asked us to consider the book, A Child’s Garden of Verses.  I focused on the young girl amid small flowers.  I stamped the My Favorite Things Sweet Friend image and sentiment in the upper right corner of the card base, Copic-colored and masked.  Then I masked off first the green (Twisted Citron) then the blue (Peacock Feathers) areas for distressing.  The grass lines are from Rubber Soul and stamped in Mowed Lawn. The clouds were created with the Rosie Roadshow cloud stencil. Easy peasy.  Thanks for stopping by…

I’m having another WDITOT moment!! Elizabeth, that darling MFT set is perfection – and what a lovely scene you’ve created using out CTS building blocks for your design! Thanks so very much for playing cards with us this week.
Marina is going to flip over this card, too, I just know it!

This is just perfect for The Library challenge as one of the poems is about being on a swing. I really think the sketch design adds something unusual and very lovely to the cute swinging girl. Thanks for joining The Library.
