I tried a brainstorming exercise to complete this week’s Cas(e) this Sketch. Don’t laugh. My goal is too get comfortable with doing sketches. The organized executive in me says I need a plan to achieve my goal. Today I tried a mind map… Google mind map and you will understand. This card was the result of a mind map I made.
So this is what a mind map could look like… In the center you would put our sketch. The broad nodes are the attributes of the sketch. One of my attributes was “lines”. As I brainstormed off lines, I thoughts of roads, paths, trails, maps, etc. and somewhere amid my many sticky notes I got to ant trails. Ah ha! That is interesting….I can work with ant trails. Thus my card was born.
Working with sketches and colors will be a process for me. I am committed to seeing how the journey progresses.
Thank you for visiting! Elizabeth
