Addicted to CAS Challenge #153 - Grid

I am thrilled to be a Guest Designer this week at Addicted to CAS!

Thank you so much for selecting my FRIENDS card.

Our keyword, this week, is GRID.  I created a small cross-stitch grid using the MFT coverplate.  I cross-stitched a heart in gold cord, trimmed down the cross-stitch panel and outlined with a Papertrey square frame.  The heart is mounted with foam tape for dimension.  The sentiment is gold-embossed.

Supplies: My Favorite Things Cross-Stitch Rectangle, Neat and Tangled Heart of Gold, Papertrey Ink Heart Squared, Versamark, Hero Arts gold embossing powder, May Arts gold cord

Please be sure to stop by the members of the Design Team and check out the inspiration they have for you!

Happy crafting!  Am truly looking forward to stopping by and seeing your creations.

Elizabeth, I LOVE this card. What a fantastic take on the code word. I love the simplicity of your design. The gold on white is elegant and beautiful. I love the way you constructed it, popping up the square and showcasing that awesome stitched heart. It’s wonderful to have you with us as our Guest designer. Thank you so much for joining us! It’s always a joy to see your work.
