I love making cards. I started this blog to share my love of cardmaking with old and new friends, and learn from the very talented cardmaking community around the world.
I have been making cards for over 20 years. I was first intrigued with card making on a visit to the design offices at Hallmark…and thought what fun! All those colors, the papers, markers, the ideas! Since then my passion and crafting space has only grown. In 2005, I avidly joined Cards for Heroes (later Operation Write Home), started reading blogs, and eventually made more than 11,000 cards for OWH.
In July 2015, when OWH announced it was closing its doors, I decided to jump into challenges. The experience has been wonderful…pushing me out of my comfort zone of CAS, introducing me to new card makers and their techniques. Nights and weekends, cards are my immersion into creativity.
I live in the northeast with my goldendoodle, Quinn.
